Digital Delivery Policy

1. Paid access and source minutes

After a payment is authorized and verified, the purchased plan and source-minute allowance are applied electronically to the Pixeloop account used at checkout. Delivery normally begins within minutes, although payment review or a temporary service interruption may cause a delay.

2. Projects and generated files

Project settings, transcripts, clip selections, and processing status are delivered within the Pixeloop workspace. Completed video and asset files may be delivered through private, time-limited download links. You are responsible for downloading and securely retaining important exports before the displayed expiry time.

3. Processing time

Processing time depends on source duration, selected features, queue demand, worker availability, source-media availability, and third-party service limits. A queued or processing project is not by itself a failed delivery. Pixeloop may retry recoverable failures or restore reserved source minutes when a qualifying job fails before the paid processing service is delivered.

4. Delivery problems

If purchased access is not reflected in your account after payment confirmation, or a project remains unavailable because of a verified service failure, email hello@pixeloop.app. Include the account email, Razorpay payment identifier where applicable, project identifier, and a description of the issue. Do not send payment credentials, passwords, API keys, or one-time passwords.

5. Service availability

Availability may depend on local law, payment-method support, and connected third-party services. Checkout displays the available payment methods, currency, taxes, plan duration, and price before authorization. See the Terms of Service and Refunds & Cancellation Policy for related conditions.
