Terms of Service

1. Operator and acceptance

Pixeloop Studio (“Pixeloop”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by First Media Network Pvt Ltd, Chowki Number 2, Rewari, Haryana 123401, India. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using Pixeloop, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Pixeloop for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for managing access to shared workspaces.

3. The service

Pixeloop provides tools for importing media, transcription, clip discovery, editing, captions, reframing, generation or transformation of creative assets, rendering, export, publishing, and analytics. Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued as the product evolves. A plan gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload, link, create, or export. You grant Pixeloop and its service providers a worldwide, limited licence to host, copy, transmit, process, modify, and display that content solely as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for temporary backups and information we must retain by law.

You confirm that you have all rights, licences, consents, and permissions needed for your source media, music, images, trademarks, voices, likenesses, and final publication. Pixeloop does not acquire responsibility for your publishing decisions.

5. Connected platforms

If you connect Google, YouTube, or another platform, you authorize Pixeloop to access data and take actions only within the permissions you grant and the features you request, such as uploading a video, scheduling a post, checking status, or retrieving analytics. Your use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform’s terms and policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service. You may revoke access as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for confirming titles, descriptions, visibility, scheduling, rights, disclosures, and platform compliance before publication. A third-party platform may reject, delay, remove, restrict, or alter content independently of Pixeloop.

6. AI-assisted features

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable. You must review transcripts, suggested cuts, captions, scripts, images, voiceovers, analytics interpretations, and other outputs before relying on or publishing them. Do not present generated or materially altered media in a deceptive manner. Where appropriate, disclose synthetic or altered content and follow the rules of the destination platform.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Pixeloop to:

• violate law or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
• upload malware or unlawful, exploitative, abusive, harassing, or intentionally deceptive material;
• impersonate another person, create harmful deepfakes, or misrepresent synthetic media as authentic where that would mislead viewers;
• obtain, disclose, or process personal data without required authority or consent;
• probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, bypass security, evade usage limits, share credentials, or access non-public parts of the service;
• resell or provide automated access to Pixeloop except under a written agreement with us; or
• use connected-platform data for surveillance, advertising, unrelated profiling, or prohibited derived metrics.

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, connected platforms, or the public.

8. Plans, source minutes, and delivery

Plan features, source-minute allowances, prices, currency, taxes, and expiry are shown before purchase. Unless the checkout states otherwise, paid source-minute bundles are one-time purchases that expire 30 days after purchase and do not renew automatically. Free promotional minutes may have different expiry terms displayed when granted.

Source minutes measure the duration of source media submitted for analysis, not the number or duration of exports. Paid access is delivered electronically after successful payment verification. Rendered files may be provided through time-limited download links. See our Digital Delivery Policy for details.

9. Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Razorpay or another disclosed payment provider may process payments. You authorize the provider and Pixeloop to process transaction information necessary to complete the purchase, prevent fraud, issue refunds, and maintain accounting records. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless the checkout states they are included.

Because current paid bundles do not automatically renew, no cancellation is needed to stop a future recurring charge. Refund eligibility and the request process are described in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits a non-waivable consumer right under applicable law.

10. Third-party services

Pixeloop relies on third-party authentication, infrastructure, storage, payment, AI, transcription, and platform APIs. Those services may have their own terms and may experience outages, quotas, or policy changes outside our control. Pixeloop is not responsible for a third party’s independent service or decision, but we remain responsible for our own obligations under applicable law.

11. Pixeloop intellectual property

Pixeloop, its software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and non-user content are owned by First Media Network Pvt Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Except for the limited right to use the service, these Terms do not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you. Feedback may be used without restriction or payment, provided it does not identify you or disclose your confidential content.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Pixeloop at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful activity, security risk, non-payment, connected-platform requirement, or conduct that could harm Pixeloop or others. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Availability and disclaimers

Pixeloop is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that AI outputs, platform publishing, analytics, or third-party services will be error-free or achieve a particular audience or business result.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Media Network Pvt Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from Pixeloop. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify First Media Network Pvt Ltd against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your publication or use of outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own breach or unlawful conduct.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, law, or platform requirements. We will post the revised Terms with a new “Last updated” date and provide reasonable additional notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other non-waivable right, courts with jurisdiction in Rewari, Haryana will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or Pixeloop. Before filing a claim, the parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve it by contacting the other party.
