How do I create my first clips?
Open New Project, paste a public YouTube link or upload a supported file, choose the number of clips, output format, duration and visual style, then start analysis. The processing screen shows the live job state.
Will I receive exact timestamps?
Yes. Transcript and clip results preserve a starting and ending timestamp so you can verify every selection against the original recording.
Which videos work best?
Uploaded podcast recordings, interviews, webinars, courses, commentary and talking-head videos work best. Clear audio and complete public links improve results.
Can I edit an AI-selected clip?
Yes. Review the cut in the editor, adjust its start and end, reframe the speaker, change captions, use Razor & Replace, add visuals and export only after approval.
Why is my project still queued?
Pixeloop uses an on-demand GPU worker. A cold start or a busy queue can add a short wait. You can leave the processing page and return from Projects.
How are payments handled?
Razorpay handles checkout and payment authorisation. Pixeloop verifies the returned signature on the server before accepting a payment as genuine.
Does Creator renew automatically?
No. Creator access purchased through Razorpay Standard Checkout is a one-time 30-day purchase. You choose whether to purchase another access period.
